Benefits and Cons of Tea

Drinking tea is scientifically controversial, and here is why:

It is not hard to see why people love drinking tea: it’s tasty, (in a few ways) healthy and it relaxes the muscles. But what does a tea bag bring your water that you maybe should not be consuming so much? Caffeine. Caffeine messes up your metabolism, and if you rely on caffeine too much for an energy boost, instead of food, then you’re essentially feeding your body drugs. It has also been proven that many tea bags tend to contain lead. Although consuming caffeine in moderation should not terribly affect your body, especially your metabolic system, keep an eye open on your intake of caffeine.

I also would like to add that based on my own research gathered thus far, I conclude that drinking lukewarm or hot water is a healthier alternative.

Then put mix the dry and the wet ingredients ...
