Why Being Vegan Is Ideal

 The misconceptions of Veganism is a great contributor to why so many fear making that lifestyle change. But why? Becoming a Vegan gives one the chance to explore different types of foods they are not familiar with as a result of settling for the same old, all-American hamburger and fries meal. 


Fruits, vegetables, grain and then the unhealthier ingredients typically found in animal product, cruelty-free replacements, like veggie burgers, vegan “meatballs”, etc. are also significantly better for you than their meaty counterparts. American Heart Association, along with WebMD and a multitude of other informative websites, has even indirectly confirmed that a plant-based diet is healthier for the heart than a diet containing animal products, as saturated fats are found in foods such as cheese, meat, and so on (check the AOTD down below to read this insightful article).
