Today I’ve decided to change my page up by sharing with you all one of my favorite chocolate shake recipes, which is plant-based of course.
In a blender, just add the following ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp cocoa powder
3 pitted dates
1 tbs ground flaxseed
This shake is easy to make, it’s delicious, it’s completely guilt-free, and it’s nutritious!
